I’ve been sitting on these bridal photos like an impatient kid at Christmas, man! Lea-Ann killed it for her bridal session at The Oaks in Ponchatoula. I could hardly wait to show these off!
This girl is legitimately one of the sweetest brides that I’ve ever worked with, and her great attitude and sunny nature really showed in these photos. Despite the fact that her wedding and bridal session had to be postponed due to COVID, she was so relaxed and calm throughout the whole of this last year.
When we finally were able to shoot her bridal photography session, The Oaks in Ponchatoula made for a perfect location, with stunning backdrops. I love locations that have both indoor and outdoor options – and this chick certainly rocked both! Some of my favorite images are featuring the stunning cut-glass doors at the top of The Oaks’ grand staircase. And the gorgeous light we had outside under the arbor and against the greenery was just the cherry on top, for this bridal photo session!
I couldn’t get over how flawless and “Old Hollywood” this girl looked for these images. It was nearly impossible to pick favorites – but here are some of my top picks!
